Get to Know Dr. Candace Schoengold
Having grown up in Jenkintown, PA, Dr. Candace absolutely loves being able to create a positive impact on the lives of our patients and the surrounding communities. For her, nothing beats having the opportunity to improve a person’s quality of life and boost their confidence by maintaining and enhancing their smiles.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Candace began her career by graduating from Lehigh University in 2011 with her undergraduate degree in Neurobiology before moving on to studying at the Temple University School of Dental Medicine for her dental doctorate. After completing dental school, she did her Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at Boston University, which allowed her to earn more experience in cosmetic dentistry.
The first five years of Dr. Candace’s dental career were spent practicing in Rhode Island and Massachusetts while her husband was finishing up his medical education. In 2017, she and her family moved back to Philadelphia, and she’s been practicing at Chester County Dental Arts ever since.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Candace and her husband are incredibly excited to raise their family of four as well as build their careers in Thorndale, PA. If you don’t find her at the office taking care of pearly whites, she’s likely spending time with family and loved ones.
